Attention Milton School District families. There will be no school for Milton School District students on Tuesday, March 10th. All eligible Milton voters are reminded about voting at Nute Middle High School on the same day.

Good morning Milton Families. Due to changing conditions, the Milton School District will be closed today. This is a change from the earlier announcement of a two-hour delay. The Town of Milton experienced a plow truck breakdown this morning, and both the town and school district are having difficulty clearing the snow in time for a safe start to the school day. If you must travel today, please do so safely.

The Milton School Board extends its sincere gratitude to Superintendent Adam Houghton for his dedication and service to the Milton School District.

During his time in Milton, Mr. Houghton has demonstrated a deep commitment to our students, staff, and community. His leadership has guided our district through important initiatives and challenges, always with a focus on what is best for students and their learning.

As Mr. Houghton prepares to begin his new role as Superintendent of the Sanborn Regional School District on July 1, we would like to thank him for his hard work, vision, and the positive impact he has had on our schools. While we are sad to see him go, we are proud to see him embrace this new opportunity.

On behalf of the Milton School District community, we wish Mr. Houghton all the best in his new position and continued success in the years ahead.
